Announcing the names for our “L” puppies: LEVI (red) – from Leviathan Peak in the San Juan Mountains of Southern Colorado LARK (white) – Colorado State Bird, the Lark Bunting LODO (light blue) – Lower Downtown Denver LUCY (pink) – Lucy’s Warbler, native to Colorado LENA (bright green) – Lena Mine in Clear Creek County LEMON (yellow, of course) – Lemon Reservoir in La Plata County LINCOLN (black) – Lincoln Park, Lincoln County, Mt. Lincoln See our website – www.caninepartnersoftherockies.org for an application to raise & train one of these little puppies. Raising a CaPR puppy will help a disabled Colorado resident be more independent.
