Mile High Living on Denver7 News has selected Niko, a future Canine Partners Service Dog, to be the official "Mile High Living Service Puppy". Niko appears monthly on the show with Sam Boik, the lovely host, to show the progress in his training, talk about upcoming events and occasionally will be joined by a graduated Service Dog team.

american airlines - puppies in flight

This program allows American Airlines employees to use their flight benefits to transport assistance dogs on American Airlines flights.  Transports may include delivering the animal to their puppy raiser, escorting the dog to and from program training, pairing the animal with their new handler or familiarizing the dog with the flight experience.  American Airline employee volunteers transport assistance dogs and future assistance dogs to various airports in the United States and Canada as well as test flights (short turnaround trips).
