Give a helping whelping hand!
Maybe you can’t host a dog in your home at all, but you still want to work with our dogs. We need whelper helpers who can care for and provide enrichment activities to our youngest puppies and mama dog while they are still living at our breeding host site. Whelper helpers choose available shifts (usually around 3 hours) to monitor our puppies, help with feeding, clean the whelping box and play areas, take the mama dog out to use the bathroom, note behavioral changes, and join in enrichment activities with our puppies. Whelper helpers will participate in a minimum of one shift training with an experienced whelper helper before approval is given to sign up for future shifts.
