Anissa graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a B.A. in Sociology, Minor in Business, and Global Health Certificate in 2022.
Originally from Texas, Anissa moved to Colorado for college and started volunteer puppy raising Juniper her junior year. She has loved every moment fostering and training Juniper & Stanley up to placement and has now taken on one of our advanced dogs in training, Molly. Outside of the Puppy Program coordinator role and raising Molly, Anissa is a volleyball coach for a club team.
